Whether you're receiving dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, or another procedure, we ensure the financial process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Insurance Information
We are preferred providers with Delta Dental, and we welcome patients with most major dental and medical insurance plans. Regardless of your provider, we’re happy to submit claims on your behalf as a courtesy.
Please bring the following to your consultation:
- Your dental insurance card
- Your medical insurance card
- Any referral paperwork or x-rays (if applicable)
Our financial coordinator will verify your benefits and help estimate your coverage. Note that any portion not covered by insurance is the patient’s responsibility.

Financial Policy & Payment Options
We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept the following payment methods:

You are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance company’s reimbursement. We send monthly statements, and most insurers respond within 4–6 weeks. If your statement doesn’t reflect recent insurance payments, please reach out to us for clarification.
Prompt payment of any remaining balance is appreciated.
