Preparing for Your Appointment

Your initial consultation is an important step. During this visit, one of our board-certified oral surgeons will review your medical and dental history, perform an exam, and recommend a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

To streamline your visit, please be sure to:

Bring a valid ID and your insurance information
Provide referral forms or x-rays from your dentist or physician, if applicable
Complete any patient registration materials prior to arrival

Insurance and Financial Policy

We are preferred providers with Delta Dental, and we also work with many other insurance plans. As a courtesy, our team will submit insurance claims on your behalf. Patients are responsible for any portion not covered by insurance.

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. We accept:
