SPECIAL COVID PREPARATIONS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
In resuming our routine surgical care at our office, we will be implementing strict infection control protocols (Click here for full details). We kindly ask that you do the following special precautions in preparation for your appointment:
PATIENT SELF-SCREENING
Is your answer “YES” to any of the following questions?
- Have you tested positive for COVID-19?
- In the last 3 weeks have you experienced signs of acute respiratory illness, such as coughing, fever, or shortness of breath?
- Have you been in closed contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19?
If so, DO NOT COME TO OUR OFFICE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT! Please call us immediately and we will advise you accordingly.
WEAR A MASK TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
We ask that you please wear a mask to your appointment to protect both yourself and others during your visit. If you do not have a mask to wear, we can provide you with one at our office.
RESPECT SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES
In order to allow for proper social distancing, please maintain a space of at least 6 feet between yourself and other patients. Also, to minimize the number of people in our office, please come to your appointment only with necessary company (parents of young patients, drivers for patients undergoing sedation, etc.). If we are running behind schedule, we may kindly ask that you wait in your car until we are ready for your appointment.
Thank you so much for your attention to and understanding of these precautionary measures considering current circumstances. We look forward to taking great care of you!
